Synopsis:


Gu-chang (Bong Tae-gyu) is 30 years old, still in college, unemployed and leeches of his family. Worst yet, Gu-chang has never had a girlfriend or even kissed a girl before. His friends are aware of his situation and usually has Gu-chang appearing as the butt end of their jokes.

One day, Gu-chang falls asleep on a subway, after a night of drinking. When he wakes up, he sees a girl (Jeong Ryeo-won) that he mistakes for a ghost. The girl isn’t a ghost, but works as an extra in a horror film. She’s on her way home, after becoming ill on the set of the film. Gu-chang doesn’t know this and immediately runs away from her. He drops his cellphone, which the girl picks up.

They eventually do meet again, but in a more typical circumstance and seem to get along well. Even more remarkable for Gu-chang, is that the girl seems to take an interest in him. She introduces herself as “Anni� and thus, Gu-chang and Anni’s budding romantic relationship begins. Unfortunately, when the couple spends an evening drinking, “Anni� suddenly takes a whole new personality, a rough talking brute like person that likes to fight. Gu-chang slowly comes to the realization that Anni suffers from multiple personalities.

Personal Note:


I found this movie a bit hard to peg down. Truthfully, I'd put the rating somewhere between 3.5 and 4 (but 3.75 /5 just looks so stupid). What truly drives the movie are the two leads: Bong Tae-gyu as the pathetic yet endearing "loser" Gu-Chang and Jeong Ryeo-won as child-like innocent Anni, who switches to the high-kicking thug, Hanni at the drop of a hat.

In typical Korean romantic comedy fashion, melodrama creeps in after the halfway point, but it's reined in before it goes too far over the top. My biggest complaint was that the comedy felt too forced and relied far too much on Bong Tae-gyu's typecasting.

Despite it's faults, "2 Faces of My Girlfriend" is a surprisingly pleasant fare which should entertain and give you a good laugh.

But will that save the remaining friends from the terrible faith that the others have suffered?

PLOT 


Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) is the CEO of Stark Industries which

company, worth billions. Tony lives the life as a hard drinking, rich
playboy ladies man, but he is also a genius who has invented many
high-tech items for the company. Tony flies to Afghanistan to
demonstrate a new weapons test to the army. On his way back to his
plane, his convoy is attacked by terrorists, and Tony is wounded by a
Stark Industries missile. Tony is captured and held hostage in a cave
with Raza (Faran Tahir), a doctor who saves his life. The terrorists
force Tony and Raza to reproduce the new destructive Jericho missile
Tony was demonstrating from parts of other weapons. Instead, Tony
decides to build a suit of armor with Razas help. The suit gives Tony
the strength and protection to be able to escape the terrorists. Back
in America, Tony builds a better suit of armor which gives him
superhuman strength with the ability to fly. With the help of his
personal assistant Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) and Jim Rhodes
